中班开始变淡或糊掉的码,多半不是喷头坏了。先看黏度趋势,再看喷嘴液滴、环境温度和回收槽清洁,最后才动参数。

十次里有九次,一班开头打得清清楚楚、到中班就开始发虚的码,是黏度问题。补充溶剂整班都在从墨路里挥发,喷码机靠不断补加来维持指标。补充溶剂供不上,或者溶剂盒芯片读数不准,墨水就变稠,墨滴断裂点往后拖。

别急着拿工具,先去操作界面把黏度值和上班开局时的读数比一下。如果曲线在往上爬,你已经知道毛病出在哪里了。

先看黏度,不是先看喷头

黏度是整套喷码里最容易漂、也最容易查的一项。多数产线的班中质量下滑,本质就是墨路里溶剂少了。

把上班、班中、下班的黏度读数做成一张表,坚持两周,你就能提前判断哪一天会出问题,而不是等质检相机报警。

喷嘴半堵最像参数问题

喷嘴全堵,机器会停。半堵更麻烦,因为机器照常跑,只是越打越差。典型表现是同一行开头还好、速度一上来就认不出,或者固定某个字符每次缺笔画。

做一次喷嘴测试,看液滴分裂图案,而不是只看打出来的字。清洗成本很低,顺着参数一路找同一个故障却很贵。用 DM 或 VJ 机头的话,按手册的保养流程走通常就够,关键是别让机头干着停。

温度和承印物会改变结果

早上好好的墨水,下午热起来就可能拖尾,尤其是没有恒温恒湿的车间。干燥纸箱上附着力没问题的码,换到冷藏或有冷凝水的包装上就可能聚成珠。

看包装要看和看机器一样仔细。如果纸盒供应商换了涂层,不是墨水变差了,是它遇到了另一种表面。

回收槽与偏转板的清洁

墨雾在回收槽和偏转板上堆积是按周算的,不是按天。堆起来之后,墨滴偏转不均匀,码会向一侧漂,小字符之间也会粘在一起。

每周固定擦拭一次回收槽,顺手检查充电电极,能挡掉大部分最后被算到喷头头上的故障。

什么时候该换墨水而不是调参数

如果溶剂盒上的生产日期已经很久,或者墨水在闷热的柜子里过了一个夏天,再怎么调参数也救不回来。直接换盒,记下批号,看故障是不是跟着墨水走。

货架上多备一支补充溶剂芯片,是这条线上最便宜的保险。多数「班中变淡」的故事到这里就结束了。
