我常跟新入行的采购说一句话:补充溶剂不是等墨水看起来发稀了才往里倒的东西。连续喷墨机每次开机都会按量把它补进墨路,因为溶剂比墨水挥发快得多。

黏度这一个指标,决定你打出来的是清晰的点阵码,还是一片被质检相机退回的糊迹。这也是为什么补充溶剂的消耗跟着开机小时数走,而不是跟着打印量走。半班停机的机器,开机、冲洗、关机这几个动作照样在喝溶剂。

补充溶剂是耗材,不是随手补加

很多工厂把补充溶剂当成辅助品,预算里排在墨水后面,采购周期也随性。真到产线停下来的那天,才发现停机的账比溶剂贵得多。

把它当作和墨水同级的耗材来管:固定安全库存、固定补货节奏、固定核对批号。这三件事做完,因溶剂断供导致的停线基本可以归零。

芯片的重要性和液体一样

现在的 DM 溶剂盒都带芯片,用来识别液体种类、灌装容量,多数还带生产批号。喷码机读不到这张芯片,要么直接不开机,要么弹出告警,把维修工叫到现场走一趟——这一趟的成本早就超过溶剂本身。

所以批发采购其实是在买两样东西:化学配方和一把电子钥匙。芯片只半匹配固件的便宜货,是货架上最贵的一件商品,因为发票金额很小,停机代价不小。

芯片要和你的机器群实际对上

DM 二十年里出过很多平台。Ax、Cx 系列,更早的 2000 和 3000 线,还有手持机和箱码机。它们用的溶剂盒编号并不相同,而一次固件升级有时会改变机器能接受的范围。

询价之前先把三列写清楚:机器型号、目前在用的溶剂盒编号、每台机器的固件版本。正规供应商会问你要同一张表。只凭型号就报价的,基本是在猜,而你会在他猜错的那个班上发现问题。

算清楚你一年到底用多少

多数产线上,每一升墨水大约配套两到四升补充溶剂。这个比例会随环境温度、产线速度、打印负荷和清洗频率浮动。同样一台机器,潮湿的夏季一周比干燥的冬季明显多喝不少溶剂。

别信供应商给的「平均值」,去拉自己十二个月的实际消耗记录,再加上停机、假期和海运延误的缓冲。进口货备六到八周的库存并不算多,仍然比一次非计划停线便宜。

生产批号与保质期

溶剂不会越放越好。在闷热仓库里过了两个夏天的溶剂盒,和上个月才灌装的,表现并不一样,而且这种差异通常表现为黏度不稳,而不是一上来就明显报错。

生产日期要写在纸上,到货剩余保质期不到一半的整批货就该拒收。存放时立放、避光,离喷码机自身散热口远一点。放在空压机旁边的那一板货,你会提早换掉它。

批发报价真正该看什么

每升单价是所有人都会比的那个数字,也是单看最没用的一个。直接要到岸成本:纸箱、运费、关税,以及能解锁更优档位的起订量。

小心「单价极低、起订量极高」的坑。为了省四个点,压十八个月的溶剂,在保质期和现金流两头都吃亏。宁可单价高一点、一年补两次货,也不要仓库堆成山。

看清挂牌背后是谁在供货

三个问题能区分分销商和倒货商:能不能按需出示批次追溯?到货即坏的溶剂盒,退换口径是否白纸黑字?芯片读不出来的时候,能不能让技术人员接电话?

我宁愿多花一点钱,找三个问题都能答的供应商,也不愿对着一串邮箱地址去追低价。在 CIJ 耗材上,你平时用不到的那部分支持,恰恰就是价格的由来。

下单前的简短核对清单

机器型号和固件确认。溶剂盒编号对着自己机器群核过。生产日期写进合同,而不是电话里承诺。用量按自家十二个月历史推算。交货周期落到纸面。

把这五行走上一页纸,这笔采购里的大部分风险,在第一板货出发之前就已经消失。
