没人会为一台整机打电话过来。打来的都是某一个件:怎么洗都上不去的打印头、一夜之间掉了压力的泵、还有谁都没备的过滤器座。

线到底停在哪

所以备件这件事不是「谁卖喷码机配件」,而是哪些件你可以自己压货、哪些必须买原厂、以及周五下午谁会接电话。

我在车间里见得最多的情况就是这样:一台机器停着,等着一个几十块钱的件,而仓库里躺着三个用不上的贵件。

先坏什么,坏得多快

按损坏顺序排,多数厂里是这样的:过滤器和墨路最先,然后是打印头和喷嘴板,接着是泵,最后是电磁阀和喷头连接管束。

过滤器是货架上最便宜的东西,也是最常被跳过的东西。堵了的过滤器让泵更用力,泵一热,三周后你买的是泵,不是过滤器。每台机器每年备两个,这不算压货。

原厂、兼容件,还是拆机件

市面上三条供货路线,分量并不一样。原厂件有文件、有价格。兼容件差异极大:有些照图做的,多数不是。拆机件来自退役机器,工时不明。

打印头和泵值得买原厂。走耗材路径的件——过滤器、管路、O 型圈、垫片、密封件——不值得。兼容件在这类件上能回本,前提是材质规格配得上你用的墨水。

拆机件我只接受给准备转手的机器,绝不用在扛产量的机器上。

下单前的四个问题

图纸上的件号是多少,不是目录页上的。材质能不能耐你实际在用的那款溶剂。密封件的保质期是多久,橡胶在货架上也会老化。还有一个月内坏掉,索赔流程怎么走。

顺便问换货通道。愿意把可疑的泵收回去测试、而不是在邮件里跟你扯两周的供应商,贵一点也值。

备货,但别压钱

备件清单要从你自己的故障记录里长出来,不是照供应商推荐的套装抄。翻十二个月的维修记录,能留下八个真正要紧的件。

然后就只备这八个,别的不要。密封件放暗处抽屉,过滤器保持未拆封,上架的每一样都标日期。永远用不上的滚动库存,就是躺在柜子里的钱。

这些事一点都不光鲜。但它决定你的换件是两小时还是停产两天。
