我见过的每一个选型失误,都是从列机器短名单开始的。正确的起点是你打在什么材料上。

先看材质,不是先看机器

覆膜纸箱、裸 PET、复合膜、挤出型材、模压周转箱。价格还没进场,材质就已经把技术路线收窄了一大半。在纸箱上跑得很漂亮的机器,放在收缩膜上可能就是买错了。

哪种技术配哪种活

连续喷墨(CIJ)能干多孔和曲面,速度快,环境脏一点也扛得住,代价是要溶剂、要保养、要一点尊重。

按需喷墨(DOD)适合大字和箱码,速度中等、但打得更整齐。热发泡(TIJ)适合覆膜材料上的高分辨率小批量。

想用一种技术统一整个厂的采购,最后多半后悔。两台各干自己擅长的机器,往往比一台什么都凑合的机器更便宜。

「每分钟多少行」是问错的问题

该问的是:每个码几个字符、每分钟打几个码、一天开多少小时。一分钟 60 包、只打九位日期码的线,和一分钟 20 箱、要打整块批次信息的线,负载完全不是一回事。

接着问谁改内容。如果一个班操作工要在操作界面上改三次,那界面好不好用,就比参数表上的分辨率重要得多。

综合成本比采购价重要

耗材、过滤器、保养周期,以及打印头在常规清洗下能撑多久。这四行决定年度账单。

让供应商把机器价格和十二个月的耗材报价放在一起报。这个答案分出卖设备的和做伙伴的,比去参观工厂快得多。

售后要落在纸面上

响应时间、备件供应、谁来培训你的操作工。这些要写进合同。

一台工业喷码机是十年期的采购。发票金额是这个决定里最小的那个数字,却也是所有人争得最凶的那个。
