墨盒里那块小板子,严格说不算普通耗材。它记着墨盒身份、计量,还有多数新机型上那套决定机器肯不肯认这支墨盒的有效期逻辑。

这块芯片到底决定什么

采购习惯把它归到配件里,操作工不这么看。墨水按规格装好,芯片固件读不出来,早上七点线一停,它就是一块塑料。

所以真问题不是谁报价最低,而是三张订单之后,谁还能供货给现在这个固件版本认的板子。

同一支墨盒背后有两块板子

非原厂货源基本分两族。一是标准墨水芯片,9020 和 9410 系列都在用,按万片出货,价格自然低。二是补充液和溶剂那一侧,外加带滤芯、泵寿命数据的服务模块。

两者不通用,料号也不容猜。同一支 1 升墨盒,装在 9410 服务位是一块板,插在 A656 溶剂位可能是另一块,取决于机器出厂时的固件版本。

机队里混着多个系列的最容易踩这个坑。两个料号、一行发票,一个周末就没了。

批号是最便宜的尽调

付款前先要每个纸箱上的批号,再问前三批是什么。

答得出来的人手里有真实库存。回答「我们从来都是新货」的,是每月挑最便宜那家进货,波动全落到你产线上。

批号连续性比采购部想的更值钱。操作工已经为某款墨水在 PET 上定好干燥时间和附着力的参数,供应商悄悄换一批,代价是一个班次的废品和一场解释会。一个能按你要的、白纸黑字给出批号的供应商,值那几个点的差价。

起订量、交期,以及谁烧的板子

兼容板子的价格一般有三个拐点:五十片、两百片、整箱。五十片以下你主要在付操作费和空运费;两百片以上单价就压平了,竞争转到账期和交付上。

交期是大家从比价表上删掉的那一列。要问的是下订单到发货的时间,不是「有现货」之后的时间。

接着问烧录在哪做。自己烧录,差别是固件一更新,两天能交货还是等三周。它也决定了货到你厂里出问题时,是谁的责任。

签之前先跑一批试用

订三十片。用你自己的机器、自己的线速、自己的操作工装。

然后做枯燥的那部分:记录上机时的接收表现、一支墨盒跑完后的计数值,以及中途拔板子时面板报什么。任何供应商都会有每箱两三片过不去,知道多频繁,才知道该备多少。

也按手册的方式安装。接触膜用裸手拿、随手丢在工具箱里,坏得早,没人会赔。

四种失效情形要写进合同

反复出现的就是这四种:首次插入即被拒,基本是烧录问题,属供应商的责任;用到一半被拒,指向接触面磨损或计量不匹配;有效期提前几个月锁死,是板上的数据问题;还有物理安装,能插进去但卡不住。

在协议里加一条,前三种包换,并写清失效怎么举证。面板上错误代码拍张照就够了。要求寄回坏件才受理,合理;拍照加时间戳还不受理,不合理。

第一次下单的清单

要供的每台机器型号和固件版本。准确的墨盒料号,墨水与溶剂分开列。最近两批的批号,白纸黑字。烧录地点和周期。上面四种失效的换货条款。以及账期上至少留一张订单在你手里,直到试用品跑完。

第一次订三十片是合理的,不用订五十。目的是检验供应商的文件能力和响应速度,不是省那四个点。

采购常问的几个问题

兼容板子会影响喷码机保修吗?多数地区整机保修不会自动失效,但和这块板子相关的索赔可能被拒。与保修相关的部位,留着原厂墨盒。

要备多少?两周用量,加上当前在跑批次的一整箱封箱货。这样能顶一次固件意外,又不压资金。

一种板子能覆盖整个机队吗?很少。墨水位和溶剂位不一样,固件版本比机身型号更关键。

便宜的一定更差吗?不一定。烧录质量和接触镀层决定结果,这也是试用比报价更重要的原因。

这个品类上,批发拼的是耐心,不是最低价。把固件版本落到纸上,留住一批你信得过的货,然后跟着那个能用一句话回答坏件问题的供应商走。他一般不是最便宜的;放到一年里算,他几乎总是更便宜的那个。
