Ersatzteile für CIJ-Kodiergeräte: was zuerst ausfällt, wann Originalteile sinnvoll sind, vier Fragen vor der Bestellung und Lager ohne Kapitalbindung.

CIJ Kodiergerät Ersatzteile: Original oder kompatibel

Niemand ruft wegen einer ganzen Maschine an. Angerufen wird wegen eines Bauteils: der Druckkopf, der sich nicht sauber bekommt, die Pumpe, die über Nacht Druck verloren hat, oder das Filtergehäuse, das niemand auf Lager hat.

Wo die Linie wirklich stehenbleibt

Die Frage ist also nicht, wer CIJ-Ersatzteile verkauft, sondern welche Teile Sie selbst bevorraten können, welche original sein müssen und wer am Freitagnachmittag ans Telefon geht.

Am häufigsten habe ich in Werken gesehen: eine Anlage steht wegen eines Bauteils für ein paar Euro, während drei teure und nutzlose im Lager liegen.

Was zuerst ausfällt und wie oft

Die Ausfallreihenfolge in den meisten Werken, die ich gesehen habe: zuerst Filter und Tintenwege, dann Druckkopf und Düsenplatte, danach Pumpen und zuletzt Magnetventile und der Schlauchstrang zum Druckkopf.

Filter sind das billigste Teil im Regal und das, was am häufigsten übersprungen wird. Ein zugesetzter Filter zwingt die Pumpe zu mehr Arbeit, die Pumpe wird heiß, und drei Wochen später kaufen Sie eine Pumpe statt eines Filters. Zwei Filter pro Maschine und Jahr sind kein Überbestand.

Original, kompatibel oder ausgebaut

Es gibt drei Bezugswege, und sie sind nicht gleichwertig. Originalteile kommen mit Papieren und Preis. Kompatible Teile streuen stark: einige sind nach Zeichnung gebaut, die meisten nicht. Ausgebaute Teile stammen aus stillgelegten Maschinen und haben unbekannte Betriebsstunden.

Druckköpfe und Pumpen rechtfertigen Originalteile. Verbrauchsweg-Bauteile — Filter, Schläuche, O-Ringe, Flachdichtungen, Dichtungen — nicht. Genau dort rechnen sich kompatible Teile, sofern das Material zur eingesetzten Tinte passt.

Ausgebaute Teile nehme ich nur für eine Maschine, die weiterverkauft wird, nie für eine, die Produktion trägt.

Vier Fragen vor der Bestellung

Welche Nummer steht auf der Zeichnung, nicht auf der Katalogseite. Ist das Material für das Lösungsmittel ausgelegt, das Sie tatsächlich fahren. Wie lange sind Dichtungen lagerfähig, denn Gummi altert auch im Regal. Und wie läuft eine Reklamation, wenn das Teil binnen eines Monats ausfällt.

Fragen Sie auch nach dem Tauschweg. Ein Lieferant, der eine fragliche Pumpe zur Prüfung zurücknimmt, statt zwei Wochen per E-Mail zu streiten, ist einen Aufpreis wert.

Bevorraten, ohne Kapital zu binden

Die Liste muss aus Ihrer eigenen Ausfallhistorie wachsen, nicht aus dem Empfehlungsset eines Lieferanten. Zwölf Monate Wartungsaufzeichnungen lassen acht Positionen übrig, die wirklich zählen.

Dann bevorraten Sie diese acht und nichts weiter. Dichtungen in eine dunkle Schublade, Filter versiegelt lassen, und alles, was ins Regal geht, mit Datum versehen. Umlaufbestand, der nie verbraucht wird, ist nur Geld im Schrank.

Nichts davon ist spektakulär. Es ist der Unterschied zwischen zwei Stunden Teiletausch und zwei Tagen Stillstand.
