Einem neuen Einkäufer sage ich zuerst: Nachfüll-Lösungsmittel ist kein Zusatz, den man einfüllt, wenn die Tinte dünn aussieht. Ein CIJ-Gerät dosiert es bei jedem Lauf in den Tintenkreislauf, weil das Lösungsmittel deutlich schneller verdunstet als Farbstoff oder Pigment.

Die Viskosität entscheidet, ob ein sauberer Code entsteht oder ein verschmierter Block, den die Prüfkamera verwirft. Deshalb folgt der Verbrauch den Betriebsstunden und nicht dem Druckvolumen. Ein Gerät, das eine halbe Schicht steht, trinkt beim Start, beim Spülen und beim Abschalten trotzdem Lösungsmittel.

Lösungsmittel ist Verbrauchsmaterial, kein Auffüllen

Viele Werke führen es als Nebenposten, budgetieren es hinter der Tinte und bestellen nach Gefühl. Der Tag, an dem die Linie steht, rechnet anders.

Führen Sie es auf Augenhöhe mit der Tinte: fester Sicherheitsbestand, fester Nachbestellrhythmus, verpflichtende Chargenprüfung. Danach verschwinden Stillstände wegen fehlendem Lösungsmittel fast vollständig.

Der Chip zählt so viel wie die Flüssigkeit

Moderne DM Kartuschen tragen einen Chip, der Fluid, Füllmenge und meist auch die Charge identifiziert. Das Gerät dosiert erst nach dem Lesen. Passt der Chip nicht, startet die Maschine entweder nicht oder meldet eine Warnung – und der Serviceeinsatz kostet mehr als die Kartusche.

Im Großeinkauf kaufen Sie zwei Dinge: Chemie und einen elektronischen Schlüssel. Eine billige Kartusche, deren Chip nur halb zur Firmware passt, ist der teuerste Artikel im Regal, weil die Rechnung klein und der Stillstand groß ist.

Den Chip auf den echten Maschinenpark abstimmen

DM hat über zwanzig Jahre viele Plattformen geliefert: Ax- und Cx-Klassen, ältere 2000er und 3000er Linien, dazu Hand- und Kartongeräte. Die Kartuschenreferenzen unterscheiden sich, und ein Firmware-Update ändert gelegentlich, was ein Gerät annimmt.

Notieren Sie vor der Anfrage drei Spalten: Modell, aktuell genutzte Referenz und Firmware-Stand je Gerät. Ein seriöser Lieferant fragt genau diese Liste ab. Wer nur nach der Modellnummer kalkuliert, rät – und Sie merken es in der Schicht, in der es zählt.

Den tatsächlichen Jahresbedarf berechnen

Auf den meisten Linien kommen zwei bis vier Liter Lösungsmittel auf jeden Liter Tinte. Das Verhältnis schwankt mit Umgebungstemperatur, Linien-geschwindigkeit, Drucklast und Reinigungsintervallen. Eine feuchte Sommerwoche zieht deutlich mehr als eine trockene Winterwoche.

Nehmen Sie zwölf Monate aus Ihren eigenen Aufzeichnungen statt eines Lieferantenmittels. Dann ein Puffer für Stillstände, Feiertage und Lieferverzug. Bei Importware sind sechs bis acht Wochen Reichweite nicht übertrieben – und weiterhin günstiger als ein ungeplanter Halt.

Chargendaten und Haltbarkeit

Lösungsmittel wird nicht besser mit dem Alter. Eine Kartusche, die zwei Sommer in einem warmen Lager stand, verhält sich anders als eine frisch verpackte – sichtbar wird das als instabile Viskosität, nicht als klarer Fehler.

Lassen Sie sich Produktionsdaten schriftlich geben und lehnen Sie Ware ab, die mit weniger als der halben Haltbarkeit ankommt. Lagern Sie aufrecht, ohne direkte Sonne und entfernt von der Eigenerwärmung des Geräts. Eine Palette neben dem Kompressor tauschen Sie frühzeitig.

Was der Großhandelspreis zeigen muss

Der Literpreis ist die Zahl, die alle vergleichen, und allein die nutzloseste. Fragen Sie nach den Landed Cost: Karton, Fracht, Zoll und der Bestellmenge, die die bessere Stufe freischaltet.

Vorsicht vor der Falle eines sehr niedrigen Stückpreises hinter einer sehr hohen Mindestmenge. Achtzehn Monate Lösungsmittel lagern, um vier Prozent zu sparen, ist ein schlechtes Geschäft, wenn Haltbarkeit und Liquidität auf dem Spiel stehen.

Wer hinter dem Angebot steht

Drei Fragen trennen den Distributor vom Wiederverkäufer. Zeigt er auf Anfrage die Chargenrückverfolgbarkeit? Gibt es eine klare Rückgaberegel für eine Kartusche, die bei Ankunft versagt? Und kann er einen Techniker ans Telefon holen, wenn ein Chip nicht gelesen wird?

Ich zahle lieber etwas mehr an jemanden, der alle drei beantwortet, als einem Schnäppchen hinter einer Mailadresse nachzujagen. Bei CIJ-Verbrauchsmaterial ist der Support, den Sie nie brauchen, genau der Grund des Preises.

Modelle und Firmware bestätigt. Kartuschenreferenz gegen den eigenen Park geprüft. Produktionsdaten im Vertrag statt am Telefon zugesagt. Verbrauch aus zwölf Monaten eigener Historie hochgerechnet. Lieferzeit schriftlich.

Bringen Sie diese fünf Zeilen auf eine Seite, und der größte Teil des Risikos ist weg, bevor die erste Palette rollt.
