没人会专门规划去买 Loogal 的芯片。机器还在玻璃厂、灌装线和电缆车间里跑着,当年供货的那批经销商却基本散了。于是订单就落到谁接电话谁做。这篇讲的是怎么把这件事做规范,又不花冤枉钱。

为什么供应端先掉了队

这类喷码机当年走的是区域经销,盘子普遍不大。经销商老的老、并的并,或者干脆不再备货,因为这点量撑不起货架。可线上的机器照跑,芯片照要。

补上经销商位置的是谁接电话谁供货。工厂的芯片因此来自四五个渠道,没有一个有记录,上季度出的坏件也查不出是哪袋料造成的。

这不构成换机的理由,但足以构成换采购方式的理由:按规格买、按批次验、按记录存。

兼容芯片必须匹配什么

三样东西。控制器要读到的识别数据。这些数据到达的时序和格式。以及读出它的那块板上跑的固件版本。

第三个是采购争议的高发区。同一个机型铭牌,板子却可能跨了好几代。拿早期板子验过的芯片,未必适配五年后出厂的那台。

所以该问的不是供应商说没说兼容,而是某一批芯片是拿哪个固件区间测的、什么时候测的。能用一段话答清楚这个问题的供应商,已经省下你一次台架试验。

怎么看一份写清版本的报价

能真正下单的报价,会写清墨盒族系、芯片版本、固件区间和测试日期。短于这些的,只是开场报价,不是价格。

特别留意一个料号暗含两个版本的情况。通常是一卷老料没核销掉,后来表现为每百个里有两三个不明原因坏件,损失远超你以为省下的那点差价。

单价也会说谎。真正付出去的是「装到机器上的单个成本」:运费、台架坏件、发错版本的返工,还有技术员查到底是哪一项停线的那一小时。把这一列加进你的比价表。便宜十个点但坏件率五个点的供应商,不是便宜的供应商。

起订量与混装纸箱

芯片起订量通常按袋设,供应商省事,跑多机型混线的工厂却在暗中吃亏。总有一个墨盒族系用量极低,而它偏偏是能让线停下来的那个。

去谈混装。这一条让步,直接决定备件架是占地方还是占资金。供应商不愿意时,问一句混装到底难在哪。有时候是真物流问题,很多时候只是习惯。

芯片怎么存才对得起货架

芯片不是墨水,袋子上不会印一个过期日,这恰恰是麻烦的来源。一卷料在架子上放三年,跨过两次固件升级,最后因为摆在最前面就被装上机了。

两个习惯能解决。到货时在袋子上写固件版本,别写机型。按当初为哪台机器买的来周转,因为在这台上好好的芯片,换两米外的另一台可能就是废料。

然后要在真正会跑这批芯片的机器上验,不是门口最近那台。跑满一个班次,而不是打一张就收工——值得抓的毛病是连续跑一小时后才出来的,不是头十分钟。

单品牌和混线是两道不同的题

只跑一台 Loogal、别的没有,那就买简单点:一个供应商、一个版本、一种包装,按消耗量补货。这种买法的风险是单点,所以留一袋备用,谁都不许挪去给别的机型用。

混线就难一些。Loogal 的芯片、大平台机的芯片、手持机的芯片,必须在凌晨三点光线昏暗的货架上能一眼分出来,否则装错的那颗最后会算到供应商头上。彩色分装袋加一行固件备注,基本就免费解决了。

停不下来的机器该备多少

多数工厂的芯片库存是两到四周,到此为止。手持打码机偶尔打几箱,这个量说得过去。给产线喂批号和日期数据、停不得的那台,这个量就薄了。

备货水平按机器定,不按工厂定。打追溯码的那台,架上一袋贴着固件版本标签的备用料。其余的一律可以等一天。

每次复购前问的三个问题

哪个固件区间,什么时候测的?同批中途中换了版本,袋子标签怎么处理?以及凌晨两点新开的那袋读不出来,打给谁?

先问这三个再谈价格,这门采购对话会一年比一年短。
