老机队为什么还在买芯片

Willett 43s、630这类机型停产多年，但在食品厂、砖厂和挤出线上仍常见。机器耐用，耗材却卡在一颗芯片上：芯片记录墨水型号、批次和有效期，机器认不出就不开机，整条线只能等。所以Willett墨水芯片至今仍出现在采购清单里，一点也不奇怪。

芯片在货架上也会老化，存有效期逻辑的存储单元和电池一样会漂移。问供应商要校验日期，即最近一次在真机上验证的日期，而不是出厂日期。校验半年内的芯片比三年前校验过的更可靠，贵一点也值。到货后先在一台机器上试装样品，再全线换装。

原装、兼容、翻新怎么分

原装芯片货源逐年变薄，价格反映的是稀缺而非品质。正规供应商的兼容芯片按原厂存储映射制造，产线表现没有差别。翻新重写芯片风险最高，故障总挑最长批次出现。我的做法是：机队日常用兼容芯片，每台机留一颗原装备份，翻新板没有书面换新承诺一律不用。

五个问题筛掉不靠谱供应商

一问精确适配哪些墨盒料号；二问现货校验日期；三问芯片在产线上失效是换货还是扯皮；四问防潮防热包装；五问能否为机队备缓冲库存。五问都对答如流的供应商，比如我们chips-rfid-tags系列的接单方式，活已经替你做完了；含糊其辞的，卖的是他自己的不确定。

存储习惯决定故障率

芯片死在仓库多于死在机器里。暖气片上、暴晒的月台边，存的都是未来的故障。潮湿库房里冷凝会腐蚀触点，防静电袋装到装机那一刻再拆。按校验日期轮换、收货日期写上箱，先进先出。这三条做到的厂，几乎不会为芯片打电话给我们。

什么时候该考虑换掉老机队

买好芯片能让Willett机队继续运转，但账要算清：如果耗材只能个位数地买、服务窗口越拖越长，维持成本两三年内就会超过一台现代喷码机。跑得干净的机器继续用验证过的芯片养着，老出耗材问题的机器列入更换计划。芯片采购台账就是最好的预警系统。
