进口商下的墨盒芯片订单,很少跟样品一个样子。到手的往往是一只混装纸箱,里面装着三个墨盒系列,装箱单上的型号是手写的,交货期限则是某个已经拖了两周的客户定的。

进口商实际订的货

量是摊在几个系列上的,不是压在一个系列里。服务小厂的经销商,最后往往要备四五个墨盒型号的芯片,因为客户就是跑这些机型,而周转最快和最慢的那两个料号,差距通常比想象的大。

订单从消耗表来,不要从愿望单来。每个墨盒系列每月用多少片,再乘一个拼柜系数。就这一张表,区分开了车库作坊和有仓库的供应商。

先谈型号版本,再谈报价

芯片价格好比,也容易看错。两家供应商报同一个料号,报的可能是不同修订版,而一个在旧固件上能用的版本,换到新一代固件上可能直接被拒。

让每家书面给出这批货测过哪些固件代次。首批货要拿跟客户固件一致的机器去验,不是随手抓台样机试。

起订量、混装与运费

芯片的最小起订量通常按袋算,不是按箱算。如果供应商坚持一箱只能一个系列,慢销型号的毛利在第二票货发出去之前就会被运费吃掉。

混装要早点谈。这是让经销商既铺得开、又不压死库存的唯一办法。供应商说不能混,就问他为什么,然后认真听答案。

墨水溶剂和芯片一起走

工业喷墨墨水,以及授权它的那片兼容芯片,在实际业务里是同一条节奏到货的。因为从你这买墨水的客户,默认芯片也该一起到。把两者分给不同供应商,会造出一个谁都不想接的售后问题。

把芯片、墨水和溶剂当一条线备货,单据也简单了。一票货、一套文件、缺料时只有一个联系人。

把一次性订单做成长期供应

第一单是测试。第二单才说明双方的合作能不能成立:批次品质一样、交期一样、出问题时给的说法也一样。

按批次记一本退货账。会主动问这本账的供应商,是把你当客户而不是当一笔交易,这种供应商值得留在短名单上。
