一块拒绝复位的 Linx 芯片，多半没坏。更常见的情况是芯片本身没问题，卡在链路上另外一环。

重置到底改了什么

Linx 墨盒上的芯片，本质是个带小存储的计数器。它记录抽走了多少墨水，并把这个数字报给控制器。复位就是把这个计数清零，让机器不再把墨盒当成空盒。

就这么多。它不会把墨水变回来，不会修好触点，也不会让一个真的抽干的墨盒重新出墨。

芯片为什么会拒绝复位

三类原因覆盖了绝大多数情况。墨盒电路板上的触点脏了，或者位置偏了一点；控制器缓存着旧墨盒身份，读到的还是上一次的计数；再就是芯片写入次数已经超过它还能接受的范围。

顺序很重要。先查触点，因为这一步不花钱，而且是最常见的原因。棉签加异丙醇擦干净，等干透再装回去。

值得一试的步骤，按顺序来

清洁，重新插好。然后把机器彻底断电，等满一分钟，在墨盒取出的状态下开机，让控制器丢掉缓存的旧身份。再插回去，让机器重新读一次。

如果计数还是显示满的，别急着判死刑，先换一台机器试同一块芯片。在别的机器上能正常复位，问题就出在那台喷码机的读取电路，不在耗材上。

什么时候该停手换片

当芯片已经经历过好几次写周期，故障又变成时好时坏而不是稳定出现，就该停了。反复试的成本，比换一片的价钱高得多。

所以多数厂子会在架子上留一小批兼容芯片，而不是从同一个墨盒里再抠出一次复位。手边有片备用，两小时的停机就变成两分钟的更换。

别让复位变成每周例行

如果复位每周都发生，底下的问题通常是墨水消耗或溶剂损耗跑到了芯片预设曲线前面。记一个月的周期数据，规律比任何单次故障报告都说明问题。

芯片要按你实际在跑的墨盒系列买，找能说清每批测过哪些固件代次的供应商。答案不亮眼，但它能让产线平稳过完难熬的一周。
