VJ V4210-D 拒收一盒新的溶剂墨盒,大家第一反应都是芯片坏了。一半的情况里,根本不是芯片的事。

喷码机从墨盒上读三样东西:流体身份、剩余容量、批次数据。只要其中一项对不上,机器就中断循环并报拒收。在预约上门之前,按下面这份顺序走一遍。

1. 先把故障代码读准

把代码原样抄下来。「墨盒无法识别」和「流体过期」在面板上看着很像,后面的排查路径完全不同。在机器旁边记的笔记,比一小时后凭记忆写的靠得住。

2. 先看触点那一侧

取出墨盒,看芯片触点。溶剂雾气、干涸的墨、薄薄一层灰,都会中断读取。用无绒布配对应的清洗液擦净,等干透,重新装到位再试。大多数拒收就死在这一步。

3. 确认这盒墨属于这台机

货架上常有两个长得差不多的料号,其中一个属于另一个平台。拿料号对你自己的台账,再对机身上的固件版本。不同批次的墨盒,触点擦得再干净也会被读成外来件。

4. 排除读头本身

换一盒你确定昨天还能用的墨盒试。如果它也失败,问题就转移到打印头或读头板,而不是流体。到这一步,上门服务就被你缩小到一个部件,而不是整台机器。

5. 再决定:调整还是更换

如果只是触点脏了、故障随之消失,就记录下来并调整清洗周期。如果读头确实坏了,更换才是老实的答案。把坏掉的墨盒和它的批次号留着——会追批次的上游会要,不会追的,会改变你下一单怎么下。
