我收到的 Sojet 询价,十个里有九个先问单支芯片多少钱。这其实是最后才该问的问题。

Sojet 的机型跨度不小:仓库和收发货的人拎着走的手持 11S+,也有固定在包装线上的机台。打印头不同,墨盒不同,芯片也不同。芯片告诉喷码机装的是什么流体、还剩多少。型号对不上,机器要么直接不启动,要么打半个班就停。

先看清机器,再谈价格表

所以真正该先问的问题很窄,而且跟钱无关:哪台机、哪个固件版本、用哪个墨盒料号、配哪颗芯片。这一步答清楚,后面的事基本自己就顺了。

墨水芯片到底控制什么

三样东西,按顺序:流体身份、标称容量、以及机器写进日志的批次数据。喷码机在出墨之前先读芯片。

所以批发买入的其实是两件东西:一盒墨水,加一把电子钥匙。芯片跟固件只对上一半,那就是货架上最贵的一件货——发票很小,停机很长。我见过省三十美元、赔掉一条灌装线四个小时的例子。这笔账算过一次,下一次议价的口径就完全不一样了。

先建墨盒台账,再谈报价

一台机器一行:机型、现在在用的墨盒料号、机身固件版本、最后一次更新的日期。

花一个下午就能做完。它还能替你在供应商开口之前就回答掉前三个问题;两年后新来的操作工坚持说「以前就是这个能装」时,你拿出来对的就是这份表。

手持机和固定线的消耗节奏完全不同

手持机跟着人走。一个班打几百个码,然后可能在架子上躺一周,消耗是脉冲式的,很难预测。

包装线上的固定机则跟着线速走,平稳可算。把这两条需求并到一个补货周期里,结果就是一板用不上的料号,加上缺货的那个料号。跟供应商谈量之前,先在自己账本里把它们拆开。

标称容量要老实读

供应商既报毫升数,也报「一盒能打多少个」。只有前者是规格。后者取决于字高、点阵密度、环境温度,还有机器两次作业之间空转多久。

要毫升数,还要你这种流体对应的补充液比例,然后套你自己的打印负荷。供应商给不出比例,说明他在转手而不是在支持,这个差别第一个冬天就会显出来。

还有一点:便宜的流体如果抬高补充液消耗,就不便宜。按每千个码把两个数一起算,别让发票替你做决定。

保质期、批次日期与存放

溶剂型流体不会越放越好。在闷热仓库里过了两个夏天的墨盒,和上个月刚灌装的,表现不一样;它不会开机就报错,而是以黏度不稳的方式慢慢闹。

把生产日期写进订单,不要停在电话里的口头承诺上。到货时剩余保质期不足一半的整批货,该退就退。竖放、避直晒、远离喷码机自身的热源。停在空压机旁边的那板货,你会提前换掉。

合理的批发价长什么样

单价是所有人都会比的数,也是单独看最没用的数。要看到岸成本:外箱、运费、关税,以及能打开下一档价格的数量门槛。

然后注意那个陷阱:单价很低,但起订量很高。为了省四个点压十八个月的货,在保质期和资金占用两边同时下注,不划算。一年两次小批量,通常胜过一次大货。

三个问题、一页纸,然后下单

要批次追溯时他能不能拿得出来?到货就有问题的墨盒,书面处理口径是什么?芯片读不出来时,能不能让技术人员接电话?三问都答得干脆的供应商,我愿意多付一点。

下单前把五条写在一页纸上:机型与固件已确认;墨盒料号已对过自己的台账;生产日期写进合同;年用量按自己十二个月的记录测算,并拆成手持与固定两块;交货周期落到纸面。这单生意里的大部分风险,货还没发就已经没了。
