食品线上我接到的大部分打码问题,都不是喷码机本身的毛病。机器只是照指令干活。真正变的是它打印的那个表面——试机那天和上产线那天不是一回事。

变化最大的两个量是水分和温度。其中任何一个出问题,你都会得到一个在检视灯下看着挺漂亮、到传送带末端一擦就掉的码。

食品线打码出问题,原因往往很无聊

很多工厂一遇到掉码就先怀疑墨水,或者干脆叫供应商来看机器。十个里有八个,问题不在墨水,也不在喷码机。

先看产线环境,再看耗材。顺序反了,钱和时间都白花。

冷凝水才是真正的对手

冷藏托盘从冷库拉进温暖的灌装车间,几秒钟表面就起一层水膜。墨点打在那层水膜上,而不是打在包材上。它悬在水上、干在水上,拇指一抹就没了。

修法通常不是换机器。把喷头往灌装机方向挪近一点,缩短灌装到打码之间的时间,再让打印位附近有气流把水膜吹掉。在 VJ 或 DM 的机器上,把喷头位置挪两厘米,效果往往胜过换任何一款墨水。

冷链与冻品表面

往深度冷藏或已冻结的表面上打码,是基材问题,不是参数问题。墨水在咬住材料之前就已经凝住。你可以把墨滴大小和停留时间往上推,但只要包材表面温度低于车间的露点,什么也挂不住。

要么把打码工序放到冷藏之前,要么认了这个包材得用标签,而不是用墨水码。

油性与涂层薄膜

油脂和硅酮脱模剂是第二类常见故障。它们干的正是设计要做的事:让东西不粘。可惜墨水也包括在内。

问一问薄膜供应商,表面用的是什么脱模体系,并要一份涂布样片拿上真实产线试。通常换一个打印窗口,或者换一种咬合力稍强的溶剂,问题就解决了。真正的差别常常藏在这点细节里。

不降速的前提下怎么修

按这个顺序查:灌装与打码之间的间距、车间气流、薄膜规格,最后才轮到墨水和墨盒里的芯片。一上来就换墨水,是最贵的一种走法。

把故障按包材、按产线、按班次记下来。两周的台账,比任何一次供应商上门都更快指到那个真正的变量。
