批次号打码一旦出问题,问题通常不在码本身。真正失效的是对比度、位置,或者承印物表面。印字质量的投诉翻来覆去就落在这三样上。

先从对比度查起,不是先调参数

深色收缩膜上打黑墨,无论打印头怎么调都是读不出来的。动任何参数之前先问:这个码要过谁的关——产线速度下读码的相机、仓库里肉眼核对的人,还是零售收货口那台扫码枪。每一个设定的对比度门槛都不一样。

对比度很少慢慢衰减。它一直好用,直到承印物换了,然后直接不能用。比起任何硬件故障,新换的膜料供应商才是打码突然失效更常见的原因。

班次中途的位置漂移

批次号必须落在每件产品的同一位置,每一个班次都一样。一旦漂了,原因几乎从来不是打印头。

先查输送带导轨有没有松动,再查编码器——编码器轮稍微打滑,线体升温、速度变化时码位就会越跑越偏。找出问题是不是每天固定时间出现,这个规律指向的是机器温度,不是喷码机参数。

把油墨拒之门外的表面

覆膜纸箱、复合膜和再生纸板,同一种油墨上去表现完全不同。如果同一批新包装印得差、线上其他产品都正常,那就是承印物变了。新料要在正式生产前试,不是在生产中试。

再生纸板尤其明显,表面吸墨不均匀。码压在瓦楞纹上,即使打印头干干净净,看上去也是断的。

清洗、溶剂与补充液

喷嘴堵塞和喷嘴干结,在码上看起来很像,处理方式完全不同。干墨需要溶剂和浸润时间;物理堵塞得把喷嘴拆下来清,再冲也没用。

补充液的消耗量比印字本身说明的问题更多。消耗量往上走、质量同时往下掉,说明黏度在漂,油墨是干在管路里,不是干在产品上。在 DMVJ 这类机器上,补充液罐的液位是你手头最快的诊断手段。

该记什么,让下一次故障更快

每次故障记一行:时间、机型、油墨批号、承印物批号,以及具体是哪个码没打上。攒两周,大家一直在猜的那个规律自己就浮出来了。

兼容芯片和油墨的好坏,全靠背后这份记录撑着。没有它,每次故障都得当成新问题从头查一遍。
