Apabila pengekodan nombor kelompok gagal, kod itu biasanya bukan punca. Yang gagal ialah kontras, kedudukan, atau permukaan itu sendiri. Aduan kualiti cetakan selalu kembali kepada tiga perkara ini.

Pembersihan, pelarut dan cecair pengganti

Muncung tersumbat dan muncung kering kelihatan serupa pada kod tetapi dirawat berbeza. Dakwat kering perlukan pelarut dan masa rendaman. Tersumbat fizikal perlu muncung ditanggalkan dan dibersihkan, bukan dibilas lebih lama.

Penggunaan cecair pengganti memberitahu lebih banyak daripada cetakan itu sendiri. Jika penggunaan naik sementara kualiti turun, kelikatan sedang hanyut dan dakwat kering dalam saluran, bukan pada produk. Pada mesin seperti DM atau VJ, paras tangki cecair pengganti ialah alat diagnosis terpantas yang anda ada.

Apa perlu direkodkan supaya kegagalan seterusnya lebih pantas

Satu baris bagi setiap kejadian: masa, model pengekod, kelompok dakwat, kelompok substrat, dan kod mana yang tepat gagal. Dua minggu rekod itu biasanya menunjukkan corak yang selama ini hanya diteka.
