RED 喷码机很少毁在打印头上。它毁在三周前有人订错了墨盒芯片,而没人注意到,直到废品箱装满为止。

批量采购 RED 兼容芯片是货源问题,不是购物问题。量不大,件便宜,但订错的代价要用停线来计。这个错配就是采购团队老在这一项上翻车的原因。

RED 墨盒芯片到底在做什么

芯片装在墨盒上,告诉喷码机三件事:里面是什么液体、还剩多少、以及这台机器是否被允许使用它。芯片错了,喷码机要么直接拒收墨盒,要么收下但算错余量。第二种故障更麻烦,因为你看不见它,直到某个班次中途墨路见底才发现。

这就是兼容芯片作为一个品类存在的全部理由。液体是便宜的那部分,认证才是利润所在。

批量采购为什么会出错

多数烂单子能追到四个原因之一。

固件漂移。半年前升过级的喷码机,可能拒收去年还好用的一批芯片。不问固件版本的供应商,就是在猜。

液体错配。按溶剂编码的芯片,和按颜料墨水编码的芯片,行为不一样。在同一个厂里混用,就会得到一堆莫名其妙的印字质量投诉。

批次不一致。便宜芯片常来自几批小厂料,触点板材各不相同。半盒能用,半盒不能用,而这个规律要一个月后才显出来。

死库存。芯片有事实上的保质期,不是纸面上的。为了追折扣囤一年半的用量,是笔亏本买卖。

第一次下单前该问什么

六个问题,能把供应商和倒爷分开。

这批货覆盖哪些机型与固件区间,能写在纸面上吗?芯片按哪些液体编码?你要发我的这批生产日期是哪天?你们是对着真机测,还是只对着读卡器测?批次失效时你们的更换政策是什么,只赔件还是也管停线?能不能给我留一个常备库存水位,而不是一次性发完?

六个问题都答得干脆的供应商,值得给一张试单。只答了三个就转向谈价格的,不值得。

试单该证明什么

第一批要小,而且要放到真正要紧的那台机器上跑,不是维修间那台备机。

试单期间盯三个数:装机时的拒收率、一整支墨盒用完过程中的印字质量漂移、以及喷码机报的余量与实测用量的偏差。第三个数字如果偏了几个百分点以上,这颗芯片再便宜也是假省钱。

把批次标签和机器日志留着。放量的时候,这份记录就是你拿它去卡供应商同一规格的依据。

价格:真正的差价在哪

各家的单价差得比多数采购预期的要小。真正的差价在另外三处:最小起订量、报价能不能保一整年、以及批次坏了谁来掏钱。

报高百分之十、但愿意承担坏批并给我留寄售库存的供应商,摊到十二个月上通常更便宜。先跑这个对比,再跑单价比。

真正管用的库存水位

货架两个月用量,在途一个月,仅此而已。芯片体积小,所以诱惑是买深一点、然后把这个料号忘一整年。而那恰恰就是固件变更、库存变废的时候。

如果厂里同时开着几个喷码机品牌,RED 芯片要和其他的物理隔开。墨盒长得像,芯片不通用,而错误只在机器上才暴露。

兼容芯片在维保计划里的位置

兼容芯片不是绕开维保的办法。它恰恰是让计划性维保成为可能的那个件,因为你可以备它的库存,而不用把钱压在带品牌标识的墨盒上。

做对的厂把芯片当滤芯和皮带一样对待:一个有明确再订货点的耗材、一家测过的供应商、一份写下来的规格。其余做法都是被动采购,而被动采购就是周五下午停线的原因。

把规格落到纸面上

写一页纸,和机器档案放在一起。机型与固件区间、芯片必须覆盖的液体编码、批次日期在半年以内、以及供应商那边一个具名联系人。这页纸发给每一个你要试的新供应商。

写它花一个下午,却能终结每个季度为重下同一张单吵一遍的循环。对不上书面规格的供应商会自己出局,而这正是目的。
