La tinta para envases farmacéuticos no es la de una línea de bebidas en un tono más oscuro. Primero cambia el sustrato, y todo lo demás crece a partir de él.

Lámina de blíster y cartón son problemas distintos

La lámina de aluminio es lisa, no absorbe y no perdona. La tinta se queda en la superficie en lugar de penetrar, así que la adherencia se convierte en todo el asunto. El cartón funciona al revés: bebe disolvente, seca rápido y muestra cada variación de gramaje del recubrimiento.

Una planta que corre ambos necesita dos especificaciones de tinta o una muy probada en los dos. La segunda opción existe, pero conviene preguntar quién la probó y sobre qué calidad de lámina.

La trazabilidad sube el listón de legibilidad

Los códigos farmacéuticos llevan datos de lote y caducidad que deben resistir la manipulación y, a menudo, un paso de serialización aguas abajo. Un código que el escáner no lee no es un problema de calidad de impresión, es un problema de registro de lote.

Los requisitos de legibilidad empujan hacia más contraste, y el contraste arrastra el equilibrio de disolvente y el estado de la boquilla. Los cambios pequeños pesan más aquí que en una línea de cartón.

Comportamiento del disolvente en sala limpia

La sala limpia restringe la ventilación, lo que cambia la velocidad con que el disolvente se evapora alrededor del cabezal. Una tinta formulada para una nave abierta puede comportarse distinto con una renovación de aire limitada.

Pregunte al proveedor qué sabe de este entorno. Es una prueba razonable de si ha servido a plantas farmacéuticas o solo ha impreso su folleto.

Control del chip en una línea regulada

En una línea regulada, un cartucho no reconocido no es una molestia, es un evento documental. Un chip compatible debe presentar una identificación que el controlador acepte sin discusión, y la planta necesita registro de qué lote entró en qué máquina.

Manténgalo simple. Etiquete cada lote, guarde un chip como referencia y trate tinta y chip como una pareja de consumibles, no como dos compras separadas.

Qué preguntar antes de cambiar de tinta

Pida datos de adherencia sobre su propio sustrato, no sobre una muestra genérica. Pregunte cómo se comporta la tinta en el extremo bajo de la temperatura de su nave. Pregunte qué pasa con el registro de lote si hay que reimprimir un código.

Después corra un turno completo antes de comprometer una línea. El envase farmacéutico no premia el optimismo, y el costo de una tinta que casi funciona aparece en cartones rechazados, no en la factura.
