Nehmen Sie eine Linie, nicht das ganze Werk. Fahren Sie die Alternative eine volle Schicht neben dem Originalbestand und protokollieren Sie Ausschuss, Druckbild und außerplanmäßige Reinigungen. Zwei Wochen genügen meist, um den Streit zu klären.

Driftet der Code im Test zur Schichtmitte, Kopf reinigen und Tropfenbild prüfen, bevor Sie das Material beschuldigen. Dieser Fehler gehört meist zur Viskositätskontrolle, nicht zur gerade getauschten Flüssigkeit. Ergebnis dokumentieren, dann Linie für Linie hochskalieren.
