Can I get free samples to test compatibility first?

We support sample testing for all our coding consumables. You only need to bear the international freight cost, and we will send corresponding chips and tags matching your printer model for production line verification.

Is there a quality inspection standard for your coding spare parts?

Every batch of chips, RFID tags and filters will go through three strict tests: compatibility test, long-time aging test and printing stability test. We can provide test reports to support your factory import inspection.

Do you offer after-sales technical support for coding consumables?

We provide 24/7 online multilingual technical support. If you encounter printer recognition failure, printing blur or chip identification errors, our engineers can quickly troubleshoot and guide you to solve the problem remotely.

How long is your order delivery time?

We keep full stock of mainstream compatible chips and RFID tags, orders can be shipped within 1-3 working days. For customized products, the production cycle is 7-10 working days, and we support sea freight, air freight and door-to-door express delivery for global clients.

Do your laser fume extractor filters have universal compatibility?

Our laser filter elements are suitable for most mainstream laser coding smoke purification equipment. We provide primary cotton filter, medium efficiency filter and activated carbon composite filter to absorb ink mist, odor and harmful particles generated during coding.

Can you provide customized RFID tags for industrial coding production lines?

We support customized RFID inkjet tags with different sizes, chip frequencies and printing data formats. Our technical team will adjust the tag parameters according to your coding machine model and production requirements to ensure stable identification without printing failure.

What’s the lifespan of your compatible inkjet chips?

Our coding chips adopt imported core electronic components. Under normal continuous production, each chip can support full ink cartridge circulation, and the service life is equivalent to the original factory standard, effectively reducing your long-term consumable procurement cost.

Are your coding chips fully compatible with original VJ / Domino / Linx printers?

Yes, all our inkjet chips are 1:1 matched with original coding equipment models including VJ, Domino, Linx, Hitachi and Imaje. No extra modification to your printer is required, plug and play directly, and the printing stability is consistent with original chips.
