真正的厂家不用你问三遍就会给文件

自己生产这颗料的供应商,手里随时备着两份东西:电子元件的符合性声明,和批次测试报告。

如果一份批次测试报告你要催三次,那对面就是一张贸易桌子。芯片本身未必差,但整个对话里没有一个人见过那批货是怎么跑出来的,最后测试的人是你。

从报价结构反推供应商身份

厂家的价格随数量阶梯下降,在两次订单之间保持稳定。转手商的报价跟着上游那周的出厂价走,所以会飘。

相隔一个月的两次报价差 15%,中间又没有任何原材料消息,只能说明这家是按单进货,不是备着产能在做。

什么时候找转手商反而是对的

买十只样品的时候,有现货的转手商当天发货,工厂报三周。这周就要开机,谁有货找谁,没问题。

错的是从那同一个渠道直接上量。正确顺序是先找转手商拿样品,验完,再跟真正生产的一方谈批量。

不管从哪买,到货都要测

从纸箱不同位置抽十只,装到一台确认正常的机器上,每只都记下批次号。

十只里坏两只不是质检波动,是批次问题,剩下的整箱货在几周内会是同样表现。
