喷码机的墨水选型这件事,翻供应商手册看不出多少东西,倒是产线上跑一批就知道对不对。真正决定成败的是基材、环境,还有喷码之后那几道工序。先看基材,再看喷码之后发生什么选墨水第一个该问的不是型号,是打在什么上。塑料薄膜、金属、玻璃、纸箱、线缆护套,这些基材对墨水的附着力要求完全不同。同样一型墨水在PE膜上干得漂亮,换成PP或者表面带脱模剂的注塑件就可能一擦就掉。 更要紧的是喷码之后那几道工序。是否过水、是否进冷库、是否要装箱后堆垛摩擦、是否会被酒精擦拭,这些比基材本身更能筛掉墨水。见过不少产线在喷印环节一切正常,倒在了后道的巴氏杀菌或者冷冻环节上。 环境也得算进去。车间温度常年三十度以上的,墨水挥发快,喷头容易结皮;冷链或者高湿车间的,则要看墨水的低温流动性和干燥速度。把这些条件先列清楚,选型范围能一下缩小一半。溶剂配比这件事,为什么总是飘CIJ 体系的墨水靠溶剂稀释和维持黏度,补充溶剂加多少、多久加一次,直接决定喷印质量。多数机器有自动补液,但自动补的是体积,不是配比精度。环境温湿度一变,挥发速率就跟着变,实际浓度和设定值之间会出现偏移。 判断偏移最直接的办法是测黏度和看喷印字迹。字迹边缘发虚、开始出现卫星点,通常是黏度偏高;字迹变淡、干燥变慢,则可能偏稀。与其等报警,不如在换班时做一次固定记录,把数值和当班温湿度一起写下来,几次之后就能看出自己车间的规律。 补充溶剂一定要和墨水同源。不同厂家的溶剂配比体系不通用,混着加短期看不出问题,时间长了会在喷嘴和管路里结出难以清除的沉积,清洗成本远高于那点采购差价。批次一致性才是真正的规格墨水这个东西,单瓶检测指标再漂亮,批次之间飘一样会出问题。色差、粒径分布、电导率,这三项只要有一项在不同批次间摆动,产线上的表现就会变。包装厂最怕的是同一批订单前后印出来的颜色不一样。 所以下单时应该要求供应商随货提供批检记录,至少包含上述几项。拿到记录不是走形式,是让自己有一份可以追溯的底档:真出问题时,能立刻定位到是哪一批、哪一段时间。 有条件的话,新批次入库先小样试印,和生产在用的那一批做对比,色差肉眼可辨就不要整批上线。这个动作花不了多少时间,比事后返工划算得多。储存、保质期和那瓶开了口的墨水和溶剂都有保质期,而且保质期是按未开封状态标的。一旦开封,倒计时就换了一套算法。车间里常见的做法是开封后随手放在货架上,一放半年,等到用的时候已经过期。 正确做法是在瓶身标注开封日期,按开封日重新计算使用期限,先进先出地消耗。储存温度尽量控制在合理区间,避免阳光直射和靠近热源,溶剂尤其要注意容器密封,敞口放着不只是挥发损失,还会吸潮影响性能。 库存量也要按实际消耗节奏定。喷墨墨水不是越囤越便宜的东西,囤多了占用资金,还可能放到接近期限。按两到三个月的用量备货,配合稳定的供应商交期,比大批量一次性采购更稳妥。 顺便说一句,墨水、溶剂、芯片这几类耗材的采购逻辑是一样的:都是小件、都要定期补、都怕临时断供。把它们放在同一张备件清单里按季度规划,配合 VJ、DM 这类常见平台的兼容配件一起下单,能省掉不少反复沟通的时间。TOPMARK 这边的做法就是把这些合并管理,客户按季度用量一次配齐,比零散补货稳定。下单前的短清单最后收一收。确认基材和喷码后工序能对上;确认墨水与补充溶剂同源;确认供应商能提供批检记录;确认瓶身标注开封日期并按先进先出消耗;确认库存量在两到三个月的合理区间。 这五条都不复杂,但每条都对应着产线上真会发生的麻烦。选型不需要追求参数最好看的那一型,需要的是在自己这条线上跑得稳的那一型。
