Loogal 的机器往往比它的资料活得久。一台 42 系列装上去,两班倒跑十年的情况并不少见,等到真要补订溶剂的时候,当年的经销商要么转行了,要么早就不愿意为一台这么老的机器费心。耗材这块就变成了自己到处翻找——对一台还在两班倒跑着的老喷码机来说,供应链断了就是真的断了。

按批发量买溶剂芯片,跟顺手带一瓶完全不是一回事。失效的方式变了,下单前该问的东西也变了。

Loogal 的售后市场为什么看着很薄

装机量是真的,但散得很开。和大平台不同,Loogal 的机器多在电缆厂、小型代工包装厂、以及买了二手又没做任何登记的印刷作坊里。一张干净的经销商地图根本不存在。

这有好有坏。供应是薄的,盯着这块的竞争同样薄。肯花时间做功课的采购,往往能拿到对手根本没找到的供应关系。

溶剂这一侧到底要匹配什么

三件事要对上:控制器要读到的识别数据;这些数据送达的时序与格式;以及读取它的那块板上的固件版本。

补充溶剂还多一层:消耗速度。一台溶剂喝得比该喝的快的机器,会提前把一批芯片用光,最后挨骂的是采购。所以月度溶剂用量突然涨了,先去查喷嘴和过滤器,别急着怪上一批货。

怎么看一份溶剂芯片报价单

能用的报价单会写明墨盒系列、芯片版本、对照测试的固件区间和测试日期。比这更短的,只是开场报价,不是价格。

留意一个料号悄悄覆盖两个版本。那通常意味着一卷旧货没核销掉。往下走的表现是每百颗里两三颗失效,谁都追不出原因,代价比你以为省下的差价高。

单价也容易骗人。真正付出的是装到位置上之后的每颗成本:运费、上机损耗、发错版本的返工,还有技术员找出这三者中哪一项停了产线的那一个小时。

整车到货之前先试

台架测试对溶剂芯片几乎没有意义。值得抓的失效,出现在连续打印一小时之后,不在头十分钟;出现在读它的那块板上,不在给它供电的台架上。

所以要用真正会上这批货的那台机器去试,试满一个班次,并且每批留一颗装袋标好日期。一年之后,这袋芯片能回答任何邮件都回答不了的问题。

大部分的芯片投诉就是从这里来的。芯片不是坏的,它是按一块已经不在机器里的板子写进去的。

两个习惯能解决:做一张一页纸的版本对照表——哪一版芯片配哪一代固件,现场一变就更新;以及到货时在袋子上写固件版本,别写型号。

没人写下来的存放规矩

芯片不是溶剂,它不会按包装上印的日期过期,而这正是它出问题的原因。一卷芯片在货架上放三年,扛过它服务的那台机器的两次固件升级,然后因为放在最前面被装了上去。

按「这包是给哪台机器买的」来轮换库存。在一台机器上完全正常的芯片,在两米外那台上可能就是废品。

经销商悄悄亏钱的地方

经销商按包计价,却常常忘掉退货。每一包发错版本的退货,是来回运费,外加一个从此先测试再下单的客户,往后的每一单都变慢。

改记两个数字:首次上机通过率,和每百包退货数。两样都便宜好记,也都比任何价格表更能说明供应商的底细。首次通过率稳在 98% 以上,利润就守得住;掉到 95% 以下,那包便宜的芯片才是贵的那个。

每次补货前的三个问题

哪个固件区间,哪天测的?版本在批次中途变更时,袋子上的标签怎么处理?凌晨两点新到的一包读不出来,打给谁?

先问这三个,再谈价格,采购这件事会一年比一年省事。先拿一包在真正要用的那台机器上跑,把版本对照表保持更新,让试单来决定整车。
