搜代码墨盒,出来一屏长得都差不多的链接。图片谁都能用,料号跟你货架上那颗对不太上,价格散得让人起疑。工厂就是这么攒下一批谁也不敢确认的库存。

先读机器里那颗墨盒,别看列表

把当前装在机器里的那颗墨盒上的料号抄下来。记下容量。拍一下接头那一端。只看机器铭牌上的型号是不够的。

大部分下错单,都出在同一个外壳套一个系列的墨盒上。同一台机器,两个容量,两种接头,料号只差一位。
抄料号这个动作十秒,退货换货是两周。

料号就是全部对话

问供应商的时候,别只说「我要某某机的墨盒」。把料号、容量、接头拍给他,再问三个问题:这个料号你们发出去的货,包装上印的是哪个版本?同款有没有改过版?改版之后接头上机要不要重新校准?

回答得清楚的供应商,后面基本不会出岔子。答不出来的,也不用再看报价了。

容量、出墨量与每千次成本

单价低不等于划算。把价格除以标称容量,再对照你自己产线上的实际出墨量,算出每千次喷印的成本,这个数才能拿来做决定。

标称容量和实际能喷多少次之间,差得往往不少,跟喷印内容、码高、停机时间都有关系。第一次试某个品牌,先在一台机器上跑完一整颗,记下实际喷印次数,别拿别的厂的数据套。

买之前先看的质量信号

包装上的批次号印得清不清楚,是第一个信号。批次信息模糊或者贴纸重贴过的,墨水状态很难保证。

第二个信号是供货方的备货方式。同一料号能长期稳定发货的,说明这条线有人管。每次到货都说「这批要等」的,问题多半不在物流上。

混编机队上的兼容墨盒

车间里同时有 VJ 和 DM 的机器很常见。混编机队上,兼容墨盒的价值不是便宜多少,而是能把几个品牌的耗材并到一张单上,库存和交期都能看得过来。

但前提是料号对得上。混着买之前,把每台机器的料号列成一张表贴在备件柜上,比任何口头交代都管用。

下单时该写上的东西

料号、容量、接头规格、数量,还有你对批次一致性的要求。要是有追溯或者审计要求,把这条也写进去,别等人家发货了才提。

第一次合作的供应商,先拿一小批试。一颗墨盒跑完,比十句承诺都说明问题。
