Sojet 的机器常出现在没人专门规划过的地方:越南的包装车间、土耳其调味品厂角落里那台备用手持机、挂在现有输送线上的小型 CIJ 线。也正因为如此,耗材这一环最容易乱。没人会为一台因为便宜好买而入手的机器单独排一套供应计划。

Sojet 耗材为什么容易被买糟

大平台机型自带采购习惯:有人排好年度订单,墨水、溶剂、芯片落在同一张计划表上,工厂基本不用管。小机型没这个待遇,芯片总是等上一袋用完才买,价格就是搜索结果里的第一个报价。

这样也能撑,直到撑不住。标签上没写修订版的货、清晨冷车间里表现不一样的墨水、上个月还好好的墨盒突然被手持机拒收。这些都不是机器的毛病。

兼容芯片要匹配的三件事

只有三件:控制器期待的识别数据、数据应有的格式、以及读取它的那台机器跑着的固件版本。

前两件做对了,第三件照样会咬人。Sojet 的手持机和小型在线机型跨度很长,固件在这段时间里悄悄变过。五年前能通过的芯片,不一定是上一季度出厂机器的答案。

所以要问的不是你们的芯片能不能用在 Sojet 上,而是这一批测过哪些固件版本、什么时候测的。能一段话说清这个问题的供应商,已经把你要在自家台上重复的活儿做完了。

把报价单当成料单来读

能真正下单的报价单会写清墨盒系列、芯片修订版、固件范围和测试日期。缺一项,那只是开场报价,不是答案。

特别留意同一个料号对应两个修订版的情况。旧料盘没销账时就会这样,代价是几个月后冒出来、谁也解释不清的百分之二到三拒收率。出货前料盘怎么贴标,先问清楚;答得含糊就先小批买。

每千片的价格也不太诚实。真正付的是上机成本:运费、台上拒收、发错修订版,还有技术员查这三件事花掉的那一小时。把这一列加进比价表,便宜百分之十但拒收率百分之五的供应商,不是更便宜的那个。

起订量与混装这笔账

芯片的起订量通常按袋算,对供应商方便,对机型多的工厂却是暗亏。手持机和在线机并跑的工厂,永远有一个墨盒系列几乎不动销。

争取混装。这一项让步直接决定你的备件架是在挣钱,还是压着一年的现金。供应商拒绝时,问一句混装对他们到底贵在哪。有时答案是真实的物流成本,有时只是习惯。

芯片、墨水、溶剂排在一张计划上

能在一家买齐墨水、溶剂和芯片就尽量买齐。理由不是忠诚度,是排查。凌晨两点喷印变淡时,一通电话就该覆盖所有嫌疑对象:芯片、墨水批次、溶剂配比、过滤器。

拆给三家供应商,你得到的是三份客气的解释和一条停下来的线。要建耗材供应线就建完整,并把料号放在一张夜班也找得到的表上。

兼容芯片该放在备件计划的什么位置

多数工厂压两到四周的芯片,再多没有。芯片不像墨水那样会坏,但料盘会放丢、固件会变,老库存就悄悄变成废料。

真正要紧的是打溯源码的机器。偶尔打打纸箱的手持机可以等一天;把批次和效期数据喂进那条不能停的线的喷码机,必须有一袋备货在架上,袋子上写着当初订购时的固件版本。

首袋货怎么测

要测就测将来会用它的那台机器,别测离门口最近的那台。测满一个班次,而不是打一张。值得抓的故障出现在连续使用一小时后,不在前十分钟。

每批留一颗芯片,装进写好日期的袋子。一年后这袋东西能回答邮件往来永远回答不了的问题,而留它的成本是零。

再次下单之前

三个问题,每次都问。固件换过没有。批次换过没有。墨水那边有没有变动。

大多数时候答案是没有、没有、没有,五分钟就处理完了。一旦有一个变了,就把这票货在送到客户产线之前查掉,而不是之后。这个习惯,就是买芯片和经营一条让喷码机一直能跑的耗材供应链之间的全部差别。
