备件订单通常错在哪

多数工厂是两条线在买。耗材走采购月度周期,备件是坏了才下。两条线从来不碰头,于是没人注意到:同一台喷码机的滤芯、泵管和墨盒,磨损周期其实差不多。

三张清单法

把订单拆成三张清单,分开看,但放在同一页上。易损件第一张:滤芯、管路、喷嘴、密封件。电子件第二张:兼容芯片、板卡、传感器。液体第三张:墨水、溶剂、清洗液。每一项后面都标上交期和最低库存量。

耗材和备件共用一个日历

把磨损周期写下来之后,剩下就是算数。一个季度换一次的滤芯和两个月用掉的墨水,如果同一条线都在消耗,就不该分两个月下单。对齐之后省运费、省单据,也少了一次紧急空运的理由。

标签与包装线改变了什么

在我们出货的市场里,标签加工和包装产能涨得最快,这直接反映在备件需求上。现在的线跑更多标签料卷、更多复卷、更多传感器,喷头还得跟上全部这些动作。五年前列的备件表,放到今天会漏掉那些线实际在消耗的一半东西。

芯片正好卡在这个缺口上。一个厂里同时跑标签和箱码好几台喷头,兼容芯片的消耗是稳定的,把它跟机械备件放在一起买,通常比每次单独当急件处理便宜。

下单前的一条简单规则

签任何备件单之前问一句:如果哪一件到晚了,线会停。如果答案不止一个,这单就要拆批,把最关键的那件先发。这个问题很闷,但正是它让一条灌装线或者贴标线熬过难过的那个月。
