批量买兼容墨水芯片不难。买对是另一回事,而且这个差别不会写在发票上,会在几个月后的产线上冒出来。

批发在实践中通常意味着什么

报批发价的供应商,做的基本是两种生意。一种自己压库存、验来料批次,出故障时能告诉你中间改过什么;另一种把你的订单转给工厂,再把货转给你。两种都可以是正经生意,但只有一种能在下午四点你的喷码机拒收墨盒时回答你的问题。

三个问题快速筛供应商

问这批芯片出自哪个生产批次。问写的是哪个机型代际和哪个固件版本。问这批货里如果有墨盒被机器拒收,怎么处理。真正在跑一套供应方案的供应商,三个问题都能当场答出来。答得越含糊,说明卖家对产品知道得越少。

第三个问题最关键,也最少人问。退换条款决定了风险落在谁头上,而这一条对一笔批量订单的影响,远比每颗芯片便宜几分钱大。

批次记录:能省下一周的纸面功夫

两批货可能外表一模一样,装到喷头上行为完全不同。真遇到这种情况,批号是唯一能把「换一周件」变成「查一个下午」的东西。如果供应商连批号都不愿意写在单子上,那他也追不到别的东西。这套做法我们在Citronix 批发采购指南里写过,换任何一个品牌,道理一样。

没见过产线的供应商有哪些特征

不问你的喷码机是什么型号就先报价。说一颗芯片能覆盖全线机型。仓储条件一个字不提,哪怕卖的是带有效期的墨盒。承诺「保证能用」,却不解释凭什么。单看每一条都不致命,凑在一起就是卖零件的人,不是做供应的人。

首单怎么排

一台喷码机、一个批次、小数量、一个固定的测试周期。把每次拒收记录下来,喷码样品留着。等这些数字稳住几周,再放大订单量。一次就在整个厂里验证供应商有没有问题,没有任何好处。

值得长期合作的供应商,本来就在等你走这个流程。其余的通常会在第一个不好回答的问题上消失。
