喷码机为什么拒绝非原装墨水

CIJ 和 TIJ 设备并不「尝」墨水,它们读芯片。那个小小的触点块存储着墨盒身份、墨水类型和液位计数,喷码机完全信任它。芯片报告未知或已耗尽的墨盒,机器就拒绝——不管里面装的是什么。

芯片才是最常见的元凶

重新灌装的墨盒往往带着已把计数走到空的芯片,或者芯片数据与新灌装的墨水不匹配。机器看到矛盾就锁死。接触不良让情况更糟:触点氧化、引脚变形、静电损伤,在操作员眼里全都一样——机器就是不肯认这支墨盒。

十分钟完成诊断

用异丙醇擦净芯片触点后重新装上。把墨盒装到第二台机器上试——如果那边认了,问题在第一台的读取头。对照手册查错误码,有些故障指向固件而非墨盒。如果两台机器都拒绝同一支墨盒,芯片就是元凶。这一个测试能省一小时的瞎猜。

什么时候该换兼容芯片

确认原装芯片故障后,实用解法是换一支与机型精确匹配的兼容芯片来重置墨盒身份——对跑 VJ 或 DM 平台的产线,装上兼容芯片即可恢复识别,完全不用动墨水。装好后试打一段,确认液位读数与实际用量对应。

怎么让它不再发生

墨盒和芯片从同一负责任的来源采购,备件密封在防静电袋里存放,灌装墨水与机队期望的芯片版本保持匹配。把芯片当耗材管理而不是配件管理的工厂,不会再把识别故障当谜题——它只是一次五分钟的更换。
