回收循环对墨水提出了什么新要求

CIJ喷码机把没打出去的墨水从回收槽抽回来循环使用。这个循环对墨水很苛刻:每走一圈粘度都会变一点,溶剂比例也会随着机器补液而漂移。为直打直用工况设计的墨水,在回收循环里跑四十小时后表现完全两样。墨水的规格不能跨平台互换。匹配回收循环的兼容墨水,才能在整个墨盒寿命期内保持打印质量稳定。

溶剂与补充液要匹配回收循环

溶剂干两件事:稀释墨水、清洗喷嘴。在封闭回收循环里这两件事互相拉扯。溶剂多了墨迹发花,少了周五下午喷嘴就开始断线。补充液的选择是买家最能省耗材的地方,因为补充速率由回收效率决定,而不是由打印量决定。能把溶剂规格按与墨水相同的工作周期写清楚的供应商,值得留在名单上。
