从报错原文开始，不要从换件开始

屏幕上 DM 芯片被拒收，很少直接等于这块板坏了。换一片新的，报错依旧，现在你手上有两个嫌疑件和一个发懵的班次。先看屏幕上写的到底是什么：「芯片缺失」「非原装液体」「数据错误」指向不同层面，处理办法跟着报错原文走。

先查读卡座，再怀疑芯片

触点在每个喷码机上都会积墨雾和纤维尘，脏读卡座产生的提示和坏芯片一模一样。断电，用合适的擦拭布清洁触点，把墨盒重新插到位。按我的经验，老机头上三分之一的芯片故障在这一步就清掉了，成本只有两分钟。

核对墨盒家族与固件版本

液体对、墨盒代次不对的芯片，或者按老固件编程的芯片，会先读到再被拒。把墨盒标签上的料号和机器的固件版本号，与供应商声明该批次支持的版本对一遍。这一步区分的是「兼容板的问题」和「备货的问题」，两者修法完全不同。

把读卡座电路排掉

两片确认完好的芯片在同一台机器上先后失败，故障在机器侧：读卡板、连接器或它背后的线束。有条件就把墨盒换到第二台机器上试。走到哪台都失败的是芯片问题；只在某台机器上失败的是机器问题，这时再怎么补货也没用。

记录下来，然后聪明地补货

无论结果如何，把报错原文、芯片批次和固件版本写进维保日志。几个月积累的模式会告诉你，供应商的 DM 兼容芯片库存是不是正在偏离固件时效。对混合年龄的机队来说，日志里这一栏是你能装上的最便宜的预警系统，它把下一次拒收从悬案变成例行更换。
