按正确顺序重置，别越修越乱

先把喷码机正常关机，重新插紧墨盒让触点真实接触，再开机让机器重新读板——这些都做完才谈重置。如果你的机队用替换芯片，从同一验证批次拿一块确认良好的板子换上，看故障跟着墨盒走还是留在机器上。我见过一半的重置尝试，其实是穿着重置外衣的接触问题。

故障反复出现时往哪儿查

反复报错指向别处。上季度升了固件、板子还是去年买的，是最经典的组合：机器变严了，库存没跟上。触点脏污变形、存放在热源旁边、同一抽屉混批次，症状也一样。记下哪支墨盒报错、哪一批板子、固件上次是什么时候改的——三次记录之内规律通常自己浮出来。

预防胜过任何重置手法
