两颗代码完全相同的芯片，在同一台喷码机上隔六个月表现可能完全不同。差别很少在板子本身，而在谁编的程序、怎么验证的、下一批是不是出自同一张台架。这就是为什么锁定一家具名制造商，比在任何比价页面上挑卖家更能决定结果。

首单之前就能核实的信号

先问编程在哪做。厂内编程意味着固件更新当周就能完成验证；外包编程意味着数周等待，而且批次照卖不误。再问验证台架上摆着多少机型——只测最新喷码机的供应商，迟早给你老机队发一批行为怪异的板。还要留意对方问什么：报价前先要你的机型清单和固件版本的制造商，是在把审核做成双向的。

批次一致性才是你真正买的东西

你测过的那颗芯片，不是第四次订单会收到的那颗。你实际购买的是让批次保持一致的那套流程。每次收货都记批次码，每个批次留一袋密封样。出了问题时，几分钟就能判定是质量漂移还是你现场的保管问题。

编程在厂内完成，白纸黑字确认。验证覆盖你机队最老和最新的固件。批次码印在包装上、可追溯。首插故障的换货条款。下量产单前，跨两代机器试十到十五片。没有一条是苛刻要求——这是真制造商毫不含糊就该做到的底线，也是筛掉做不成的卖家最快的滤网。
