当工业喷码机把你明知道料号正确的墨盒吐出来时,第一反应是怪墨水。猜错了。十次里有九次流体没问题,问题出在芯片上——因为机头插入时真正盘问的就是芯片。

被拒收的原因几乎从来不是流体

同一机型家族在不同批次里出厂时带的主板可能不同。两年前装的喷码机和今年春天装的喷码机,铭牌上的型号可以一模一样,期待读到的芯片数据却不同。这就是为什么同料号在姊妹工厂的线上好好的,到你这台就不认。

买家按品牌搜索、按品牌下单。机头不在乎品牌,它在乎固件编译时对的是哪一版数据。

代次说了算,品牌不算

三件事,按这个顺序。固件版本从主板上读,不要抄手册。芯片版本从你要换下的那颗墨盒上确认,不要抄目录。然后把两边跟供应商的书面兼容清单对一遍。

如果供应商说不出他们的芯片在哪些固件版本上测过,那你是准备用自己的生产线替他做台架测试。

重新下单前要做的核对

更隐蔽的故障是半程容量。机头接受了墨盒,正常打印,然后提前停机或者中途抛出身份故障。操作工通常按「机器间歇性故障」上报,然后它就真的被当机器故障一路升级。

叫服务工程师之前,先换上一批你已经信任的墨盒。故障跟着墨盒走,那就是芯片批次问题,该找的是供应商,不是维修。

芯片读得出、容量却不对时

把四样东西发给供应商:机型、固件版本、出问题的墨盒料号、批次码。一段话胜过来回一周。会主动要这四样的供应商,是常解这类问题的;回你一句价格加发货日期的,不是。

之后把记录留好。下一代机型更替会再次降临同一条线,今天写下的备注,就是明天替你救回一个班次的那张纸。
