墨水和溶剂体积大、重量重,订舱是按方数排的。芯片体积小、运费低,最容易在拼柜时被落下。跟着墨水周期一起订,芯片就和液体一起到;单独订看着快,实际是两张运费单,而且是两个不同时间点缺货的机会。

挑一个节奏,然后守住它。更换周期相同的耗材,就该放在同一张订单里。

换供应商之前要核实什么

要液体编号,以及它覆盖的平台范围。要这一批的生产日期。再问一句:如果喷码机拒收这桶,怎么办。

这三个答案能把做库存的和转手的分开。在交期普遍偏长的市场里,差别会出现在第二个月,而不是第一张订单上。

同一台机器上混用两个货源

芯片用一家、墨水用另一家,是可以的,前提是你知道自己换了哪个变量。同一个月两个都换,出了印字故障就什么也说明不了。

在 VJ 或 DM 喷码机上,先固定一个变量,把改动记下来,再动第二个。

一套能扛住迟到的补货节奏

按实测消耗留两个月,不要用发票历史去猜。把芯片和它所属的液体放在同一个再订货触发点上。把批号写在机器日志旁边,出故障时可以回溯到某一批货,而不是靠争论。
