芯片和墨水批次怎么配对

补充溶剂不是通用件。不同溶剂在挥发速率和电导率上,与颜料型、染料型墨水的配合并不一样。把 A 族液体编码的芯片用到 B 族液体上,是慢性的质量问题。记录里把配对写死:墨水料号、溶剂料号、芯片料号,加上每台喷码机的固件版本。固件升级之后要重新核对配对——这是上一季还好用、今天开始报错的最常见原因。混编机队要物理分区,Hitachi 线和其他品牌线共用一个货架,夜班最容易出事。

保质期、储存与湿度

溶剂有保质期,芯片不会延长它。密封溶剂包在 5 到 30 摄氏度、干燥通风处存放,按标示寿命使用;堆在装卸门边受潮的角落就不行。两个实操:到货记的是生产日期,不是下单日期,因为货可能在经销商仓里压了几个月;出库按先到期先出,而不是先进先出,不同批次的剩余寿命本来就不一样。开过封的包不要再回大批库存,留在线边先用掉。
