EBS 250 打不出码，多半是触点、芯片版本或喷印距离的问题，不是机器坏了。先查墨盒触点，再核对固件版本，新批次提前试。

手持喷码机是那种谁都会借、谁都不保养的工具。它躺在抽屉里，想起来了才充一次电，只有在一垛纸箱等着的时候才显得重要。EBS 250 打不出码，多数情况根本不是机器的问题。

先查墨盒触点，别急着动别的

把墨盒取出来，看触点那一片。灰尘、干掉的墨水、薄薄一层溶剂残留，都足以让读取断掉。用无绒布蘸一点机器在用的同款溶剂擦一遍，等它挥发干净，再按到底、听到卡到位为止。有一半打来找售后换墨盒的电话，到这一步就结束了。

芯片和墨盒「对不上」的时候

机器在出墨之前先读芯片。如果读到的识别数据不是固件预期的内容，屏幕就会表现成墨盒空着或没装，而墨量明明还满着。这是兼容芯片最典型的症状，它跟打印质量没有关系。

它通常意味着版本不匹配。同一型号的控制板跨了很多年生产，通过早期板的芯片未必能通过后来的板。换新墨盒之前先把机器上的固件版本记下来，否则第二颗会以同样的方式失败。

一个班次里码越来越淡

早上八点读得出、下午四点读不出的码，很少是芯片的问题。按顺序查三样：喷嘴片的状况、喷头到纸面的距离、操作员划过纸箱的速度。在弧面或者光面材质上，这三样的影响比在平板上大得多。

手持机自己修不了的几种情况

喷嘴片磨损、喷头里墨水干结、以及芯片从未验证过的某个固件分支。这些要换件，不是靠流程能解决的。早点分清这一点，一个下午的维修才不会变成买一台新机器。

备用墨盒要还能读得出来

货到的时候在包装袋上写固件版本，不要写型号。每台机器留一颗试过的备用，新批次要在真正会上它的那台机器上先试，再安排纸箱上线的计划。小批量、有日期的兼容芯片，比躺在抽屉里够用一年的库存省心得多。
