昨天还好好的 Citronix 墨盒，一换上去就抛芯片故障。线停了，故障码闪，没人确定是芯片坏了还是握手没成。多数时候是握手没成——而那几分钟就能修好。

换装后芯片为什么锁死

芯片存着喷码机插入时读取的余量和认证数据。静电、没插到底、旧墨盒残留的电荷都可能让它读不出。机器没坏，是有人喂了垃圾，它原则上拒绝打印。明白这点，应对就冷静而非慌乱。

重置前需要什么

清干净台面。一个防静电平面、插到底的新墨盒、状态稳定的喷码机。别在半插时重置，只会写入坏状态。一颗叫得响的兼容 CIJ TIJ 芯片出厂就是干净默认，所以重置针对的是喷码机，不是零件。

分步重置

把喷码机彻底断电，不是待机。取下墨盒再插回直到咔嗒。按住该型号对新墨盒用的复位时序，再上电让它读。打一张测试。故障清了就完事；下次换装又回来，说明弱的不是方法而是芯片本身。

重置无效就换芯片

有的芯片就是配不回对，尤其从另一版本或潮湿库房拔出来的。到这一步，一颗新的、验证过的兼容芯片比再试一次重置更聪明。架上留一颗已知良好的备件；两分钟换装胜过每班半小时排故。

下次别再中招
